The River Thames |
The River Thames is the second longest river in Britain, measuring at 215 miles and 346 km. The River Thames estuary/mouth empties into the North Sea. The River Thames is most commonly know as a London high street. From that point on the river, you can see Big Ben, the London Eye, Palaces and many more famous landmarks including the entrance to The tower of London! Many people take water buses to see all these tourist attractions.
